I've negotiated national deals for Disney, managed an international music group, and built a life across five countries. That path wasn't conventional, but it shaped how I think, how I communicate, and how I guide people through important decisions.
There is no straight line through my career, and that's the point. What looks like a series of unexpected turns is actually a single through line: the ability to walk into any room, any industry, any culture, and quickly figure out what's needed and how to deliver it.
Sales has been the constant thread throughout my career. I began in publishing, selling textbooks to college professors, quickly moving into leadership roles and learning how to communicate value, negotiate effectively, and build trust.

At The Weather Channel, I negotiated distribution deals with cable operators for the western half of the country. That experience led to Disney, where I served as Director of National Accounts, negotiating complex agreements and expanding the reach of the Disney Channel across the country.
I also earned my MBA from UCLA, adding a rigorous analytical framework to what had already become a career defined by range. Publishing, media, entertainment, finance, startups - across large corporations and scrappy entrepreneurial ventures alike. What that breadth gave me, more than anything, is the ability to learn quickly and read situations accurately. Walking into a room - whether a boardroom in Burbank, a cable operator's office in San Francisco, or a client's living room in Huntington Beach - and understanding within minutes what matters most. That instinct isn't taught. It's built through experience, and I’ve had the benefit of a lot of it.

My career then took an unexpected turn. A move to Hong Kong became the beginning of fourteen years living across Asia, including Singapore, Japan, and China. During that time, I adapted quickly, built relationships across cultures, and developed a level of flexibility that still shapes how I approach business today.
During those years, I also raised my three children, all born in Asia. By the time we returned to California, my eldest was fourteen and my youngest just six. No extended family nearby, no familiar ground beneath their feet; keeping them grounded, connected, and secure through constant change was the most important work I've ever done.
At the same time, I launched startups and worked within fast-moving entrepreneurial environments. I eventually managed an international music group, building the team, coordinating production, and guiding them to major opportunities, including performing with Snoop Dogg and opening for Justin Bieber. Experiences like these sharpen your instincts and reinforce the importance of making thoughtful, strategic decisions while staying composed in high-pressure situations.
Returning to California also marked the end of my 25-year marriage. I know firsthand what it means to rebuild, to make clear-headed decisions about home, finances, and the future at a moment when everything feels uncertain. That experience didn't just change my life. It deepened my understanding of what clients going through major transitions actually need from the people they trust.
I have now lived in Huntington Beach for over eleven years and truly love being part of the Lake Park community.
Real estate was a natural evolution - it pulls together everything I've built over a lifetime: sales, negotiation, marketing, and the ability to stay steady when the stakes are high. Today I work with clients the same way I've always worked: directly, honestly, and with full attention to what actually matters to them. Buying or selling a home is rarely just about the property - it’s about where your life is headed next.
I've negotiated in boardrooms, across time zones, and in languages that weren't my own. A real estate transaction, even a complicated one, is simply another problem to solve.
What I bring isn't just experience. It's a specific kind of calm that comes from having navigated genuinely high-pressure situations: closing national distribution deals, managing a music group through international markets, raising three kids abroad, and rebuilding a life back home on my own terms.
I work directly with every client, from start to finish. No handoffs. Every conversation, negotiation, and decision goes through me, because that's the way I want to work.
Sincerely,

Stacey Niermann
